lafferty-a-40ss-airless-foamer-912905
A-40SS Airless Foamer for Boosted Water Pressure, Wall Mount

The Lafferty A-40SS Airless Foamer is a stainless steel wall unit for sites with boosted water pressure, from 8.6 to 24.1 bar, such as a site with a booster pump. It needs no compressed air.

The injector draws chemical in at the ratio set by the metering tip, as strong as about 13 to 1 with no tip. The solution runs through a high pressure hose and trigger gun to the stainless A-40SS airless wand, which pulls in outside air and throws a wet, clinging foam up to about 3 m. The trigger gun lets the operator stop and start at the wand.

Supplied with a stainless steel bracket, stainless injector body, Y strainer on the water inlet, ball valve, stainless steel and EPDM check valve, 20 colour coded metering tips, a 1.8 m suction tube with strainer, a 15.2 m high pressure hose with swivel, an easy trigger gun and the A-40SS foam wand.

Applications: Wash bays and plants with booster pumps, truck washes and medium to large areas

Lafferty Part No.

912905

Mounting

Wall, stainless steel bracket

Power

Boosted water pressure, no compressed air

Water Pressure

8.6 to 24.1 bar (125 to 350 psi)

Water Flow

About 10.8 L/min at 17.2 bar

Water Temperature

Up to 82°C

Supply Line

1.27 cm (1/2 inch)

Strongest Ratio

About 13 to 1 with no metering tip

Discharge Hose

0.95 cm (3/8 inch) ID x 15.2 m high pressure hose with trigger gun

Wand

A-40SS stainless airless foam wand

Foam Throw

Up to about 3 m

Check Valve

Stainless steel with EPDM, VITON available

Shipping Weight

10.4 kg

Fittings

US NPT threads, check against your site fittings

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1018/9078/5602/files/lafferty-912905__image__912905_GROUP.jpg?v=1792131900
