Custom-Designed Applicators
NORA PRO modifies and builds spray applicators to suit a specific chemical, process or brand, fitting the right seal materials, adjusting configurations and adding private-label branding with your own chemical and company details. For a reseller or chemical company, that means a unit matched to your product, carrying your label, supplied in volume.
This is a core part of how NORA PRO works with the trade, not an afterthought. When an off the shelf sprayer does not fit the job, we configure and modify equipment in our Brisbane workshop to suit your chemical, spray pattern and site setup. Tell us the job and we will spec and quote it.
Built around your chemical
We fit specific seal materials (VITON, EPDM and others) and adjust the unit to your chemical, surfaces and method, so the applicator you supply is right for the product in the bottle. See the Chemical Compatibility Guide for the seal logic.
What we customise
- Compressed air fill connections: fitting Nitto type air connectors to Gloria 505TK (5.0L) and 510TK (10.0L) stainless steel sprayers, so crews can charge the tank from a workshop or truck air line without hand pumping.
- Chemical matched triggers, valves and seals: acid resistant VITON or alkaline resistant EPDM triggers, pressure release valves and seal kits, including FKM-80 kits for the Klager Superior.
- Lances and extension wands: Klager nylon extension lances from 15 cm, brass and PVC lances, and Gloria telescopic lances up to 2 m for overhead, sub floor or deep tank work.
- Nozzles and tips: PVDF flat fan tips, adjustable brass cone nozzles, foam nozzles and drip stopper sets for sealers, matched to the viscosity and coverage rate of your product.
- Wall, drum and IBC systems: Lafferty, Flojet and Meclube air driven pumps and foamers set up with the hose lengths, lances and chemical pick up your site needs.
Private labelling for resellers
If you sell chemicals, a sprayer carrying your brand and chemical details turns a bought-in unit into part of your own range. We handle the labelling and the volume supply. This pairs naturally with a trade account and our parts range for ongoing service. See private labelling.
