Collection: Concrete, Tile & Stone Sealing Sprayers

Most penetrating sealers are solvent-carried, so they need a solvent-resistant sprayer with VITON (FKM) seals and a durable tank, or they perish a standard unit within a job. The other half of the decision is capacity, which you match to the slab.

Capacity by slab size

Use 3 to 5L poly for small areas, and a 10 to 12L stainless unit for driveways, floors and large slabs, so you refill less and keep a wet edge. Solvent-based sealers demand VITON; see solvent-resistant sprayers and the Chemical Compatibility Guide.

Common questions

What sprayer do I use for solvent-based sealer?

A solvent-resistant sprayer with VITON seals. Water-based sealers are less demanding but VITON is still safest.

Why do sealers need solvent-resistant seals?

Most penetrating sealers are solvent-carried and perish standard seals quickly.

What capacity for slab sealing?

For larger slabs, a 10 to 12L stainless sprayer reduces refills and helps keep a wet edge. For small areas, a 3 to 5L poly is enough.
