We ship professional spraying and foaming equipment and parts across Australia and New Zealand.

Dispatch times

In stock items generally dispatch within 1 to 3 business days of an order being confirmed and payment or account terms being in place. Freight shipments, special requests, large quantity orders, custom built units, or events beyond our control may take longer. We do not promise dispatch or delivery on a specific date unless that date forms part of a written quote.

Freight and delivery

Goods are supplied ex works our warehouse at Archerfield, Queensland. Freight is arranged to your nominated delivery address and freight cost is quoted with your order. Delivery timeframes provided by our carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Title and risk in the goods pass on delivery. Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any freight damage to us and to the carrier straight away, as freight damage is not covered by the manufacturer warranty.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your delivery and contact details are correct when you place an order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-delivery of a returned or undeliverable shipment may incur additional freight charges.

International and New Zealand orders

We supply trade customers in New Zealand. Ask us for a freight quote for your delivery address. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
