A pressure spray bottle, also called a mini pressure sprayer or pump spray bottle, is a compact 1.0 to 1.5 litre pump up unit for precise, portable chemical application, ideal where a large tank is impractical: workshop solvents, pest control, detailing and spot work. Most here are genuine Klager, from the German maker NORA PRO distributes exclusively in Australia and New Zealand, alongside Sure Shot (USA) refillable sprayers that you charge from a compressed air line.

Small does not mean compromised

The chemistry rules are the same. Klager builds separate acid and solvent bottles, both with VITON seals: the acid build has a polypropylene pump and the solvent build a nylon pump, so one cannot do the other's job. EPDM suits bleach and caustics. Klager says its standard bottles are not for oil based liquids such as form oil, so use a Gloria poly sprayer for those. Yes, when the build matches the chemical: the Klager Acid Resistant for acids, the Solvent Resistant for petroleum solvents, and the Alkaline Resistant (EPDM) for bleach and caustics. Send us the SDS if you are unsure.

What capacity is a mini sprayer?

The Klager bottles come in 1.0L, 1.2L or 1.5L. The 1.0L takes 900 mL of liquid, the 1.2L takes 1,200 mL and the 1.5L takes 1,500 mL.
