Data sheets by chemical, not just by model
The most common question we get is not about a model number, it is "will it handle my chemical?". The seal, pump and wetted parts decide that, so check them on the data sheet before you buy: acid VITON (polypropylene pump) for dilute acids, solvent VITON (nylon pump) for petroleum solvents, EPDM or a dedicated bleach model for sodium hypochlorite up to 12.5%, EPDM for caustics, and the specialist Klager Master Solve+ or Master Clean+ for acetone and ketone mixtures. The Chemical Compatibility Guide gives the full cross reference, or send us your SDS and we will pull the right sheet for you. We confirm the build in writing when we quote.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
A Safety Data Sheet is issued by the manufacturer of the chemical you are spraying, not by the sprayer supplier. Always work from the current SDS for your chemical for handling, PPE and compatibility limits, and confirm your concentration and temperature against the sprayer's material chart before use.

Do you provide a data sheet for every product?
For the equipment we supply we can provide the manufacturer data sheet, materials and seal detail on request. Tell us the model and we will send it.
What is the difference between a data sheet and an SDS?
A product data sheet describes the sprayer: its capacity, materials and seal. A Safety Data Sheet (SDS) describes the chemical you put in it and comes from the chemical manufacturer. You need both.
How do I know which seal my chemical needs?
Use the Chemical Compatibility Guide. Acid VITON suits dilute acids, solvent VITON suits petroleum solvents, and EPDM suits bleach and caustics. Acetone needs a specialist Klager build. We confirm the seal when we quote.
