Collection: Brake Cleaner & Workshop Spray Bottles

A workshop spray bottle is a refillable 1.0 to 1.5 litre pressure sprayer for brake cleaner, degreasers and other workshop solvents, with seals rated for the chemical so it does not leak or perish. Fill it from bulk drums, pump it up by hand and spray, with no aerosol cans to buy or bin.

Every bottle here is genuine Klager, from the German maker NORA PRO distributes exclusively in Australia and New Zealand, along with the seal kits, nozzles and lances that keep it running. Pricing is on quote.

Match the bottle to your workshop chemical

Workshop chemical Seal Klager spray bottle
Brake cleaner, solvent degreaser, tyre shine VITON (FKM) 1.0L or 1.5L Solvent Resistant
Heavy daily solvent use FKM-80, a higher grade of VITON 1.0L Superior
Blends containing acetone, including some non chlorinated brake cleaners A seal build rated for acetone mixtures 1.2L Master Solve+
Alkaline degreasers, fibreglass cleaners, paint prep agents EPDM 1.2L Alkaline Resistant
Aluminium brightener, descalers, acid cleaners VITON, acid rated 1.5L Acid Resistant

Check section 3 of the SDS for acetone before you fill. Our guide to brake cleaner spray bottles explains why, and the solvent resistant sprayer guide covers each solvent family. The wider range sits under solvent resistant sprayers.

Keep them running

Klager makes every part available as a genuine spare, so a perished seal means a seal kit, not a new bottle: VITON and FKM-80 kits for solvent units, EPDM for alkaline. Colour coding caps mark which bottle holds which chemical, and 15, 30 and 50 cm extension lances reach into wheel wells and behind calipers.

Common questions

Can you put brake cleaner in a spray bottle?

Yes, in a pressure sprayer with seals rated for its solvents. VITON suits most petroleum based brake cleaners. For blends with acetone, use the Klager Master Solve+.

What size workshop spray bottle should I get?

The 1.0 litre suits detail work and a tool kit. The 1.5 litre takes up to 1.5 litres of liquid, for fewer refills on a busy floor.

Are the bottles refillable and repairable?

Yes. They are filled from bulk chemical, and every part from seals to nozzles is available as a genuine Klager spare.

Can resellers buy them wholesale?

Yes, through a trade account. NORA PRO is the exclusive Australia and New Zealand distributor of Klager.
