Who private labelling suits

Chemical manufacturers and blenders who want the applicator to match their product, distributors building their own branded range, and franchises who want one consistent look across every site. If you sell the chemical, we can supply the sprayer that carries it in your livery.

How it works

  1. Match the sprayer to your chemical. Send us the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for your product. We match the tank, pump, spring and seal (acid VITON, solvent VITON, a dedicated bleach model, EPDM, or a specialist Klager build for acetone) so the sprayer will not fail on your formulation.   2. Choose local labelling or factory printing. For smaller wholesale runs across the Klager and Gloria ranges, we apply durable, chemical-resistant labels in Brisbane. For high volume Klager runs, Klager can screen print your artwork on the bottle at the factory. Klager's minimum for a new printed design is 3 pallets of each model. Send your artwork and brand colours, and we proof the label and the finish before any production run.
  3. Repeatable trade supply. Once your build and artwork are approved, we keep the details on file for simple repeat orders on your trade account, backed by genuine spare parts and seal kits.

What is private labelling?

Private labelling, also called personalised labelling, puts your brand on professional spraying equipment. NORA PRO supplies the sprayer or foamer, matched to your chemical, finished with your label, colours and directions.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, and it depends on the range and the label. Tell us the model and the volumes you need and we will confirm the minimum in the quote.

Can you match the sprayer to my chemical?

Yes. We select the build for your chemical first, then apply your branding. Send us your SDS and we will specify the build: VITON with a polypropylene pump for dilute acids, VITON with a nylon pump for petroleum solvents, EPDM or a dedicated bleach model for sodium hypochlorite up to 12.5%, EPDM for caustics, and specialist Klager builds for acetone blends.

Do you also modify the applicator, not just the label?

Yes. We modify applicators, nozzles, hoses and seals, and can supply custom colours on selected ranges. See custom-designed applicators.
