Backflow Preventer for Foamers and Sprayers

A point of use backflow preventer from Lafferty, fitted on the water line just before a water driven foamer, sprayer or mixing station. If the water supply drops or reverses, for example in a mains pressure drop, a power failure or when inlet valves are left open, it stops chemical solution and compressed air from being drawn back into the water supply.

Most Lafferty wall units are sold without a backflow preventer, so add one when you order. It suits continuous pressure, non health hazard, point of use installations. The discharge vent can be piped to a drain, and the body can be mounted horizontally or vertically. Choose the 1.3 cm (1/2 inch) or 1.9 cm (3/4 inch) size to match your water supply line.
