1-Way Push Lever Chemical Mixing Station (Wall Mount)

A chemical mixing station is a wall-mounted venturi unit that dilutes concentrate into your water supply at a fixed ratio and dispenses the ready-to-use solution straight into a bucket, sink or drum. The 1-Way version handles one chemical at one dilution, set by a colour-coded metering tip, so every batch comes out at the same strength no matter who is filling it. It runs on incoming water pressure alone, with no compressor and no power, and the push lever dispenses only while it is held.

It sits upstream of your foamers and sprayers, feeding them correctly diluted chemical instead of leaving it to a measuring jug and a guess. NORA PRO supplies the Lafferty mixing station range from Brisbane. This is part number 07 981100, available in bottle fill, low flow and high flow configurations, so tell us the containers you fill and we will match it. An integrated vacuum breaker at the water inlet protects the potable supply. The chemical check valve is EPDM as standard, with a VITON version (Lafferty 491402) for acids and solvents. Concentrations and temperatures vary, so confirm your chemical against its SDS and send the details through, and we will check dilution ratio, metering tips and materials before we quote.
