The Lafferty 207HC 2-Way Acid Mixing Station is a high concentrate proportioner for two strong acids or other corrosive chemicals, such as concrete removers and aluminium brighteners. Each chemical has its own ball valve, so you can draw the two chemicals one at a time or together, or run one chemical at two strengths. It mixes as strong as 1 to 1 with water thin chemicals and fills containers at about 7.6 L/min at 2.8 bar (40 psi).

Product information
It runs on mains water pressure with no air or power. Wetted parts are acid resistant polypropylene and PVC, and weaker ratios are set with metering tips or plugs. Open the water ball valve to fill hands free. Draw straight from a drum or tote with a Lafferty drum pick up stick or tote pick up stick, and keep the hose tidy on a small stainless steel hose rack.
Supplied with a polypropylene mounting plate and cover, PVC water and chemical ball valves, a machined polypropylene injector with siphon breaker, 20 colour coded metering tips, metering plugs for 2 to 1 and 3 to 1, two 3 m suction tubes with strainers, and a 3 m open flow discharge hose.
