The Lafferty 1-Way Ball Valve SS Mixing Station dilutes one chemical to the right ratio and fills any container, from a spray bottle to a mop bucket or tank. The injector body is stainless steel and the wetted parts resist solvents, so it suits chemicals that would attack a standard polypropylene station. It runs on mains water pressure and is certified to ASSE 1055, the US standard for chemical dispensing systems with backflow protection.

Product information
Open the ball valve and it keeps filling hands free until you close it. The ratio is set with a colour coded metering tip, as strong as about 9 to 1 (high flow) or 4 to 1 (low flow) with no tip, so staff get the same mix every time. A water gauge helps with set up and the water inlet can go on either side.
Lafferty factory sets the flow, so choose low flow or high flow when you order. Supplied with a stainless steel mounting bracket, a stainless steel injector, a ball valve, a vacuum breaker, a water gauge, a Kalrez check valve, 20 colour coded metering tips, a 1.8 m suction tube with strainer and a 1.8 m discharge tube, with polyurethane suction and discharge tubing. Water connects with a garden hose adaptor. For everyday water based chemicals, Lafferty also makes the polypropylene 1-Way Ball Valve Mixing Station.
