The Lafferty 3-Way Ball Valve Mixing Station dilutes up to 3 different chemicals to the right ratio and fills any container, from a spray bottle to a mop bucket or tank. Each of the 3 ball valves has its own injector and metering tip, so one wall unit can serve a cleaner, a degreaser and a sanitiser side by side. It runs on mains water pressure and is certified to ASSE 1055, the US standard for chemical dispensing systems with backflow protection, with a vacuum breaker built into each outlet.

Application fields
Product information
Open a ball valve and it keeps filling hands free until you close it. Each valve is set with a colour coded metering tip, so staff get the same mix every time and less concentrate is wasted. A water gauge helps with tip selection, the water inlet can go on either side, and stations can be run in series. To feed several outlets from one drum, add the 4-Way Drum Pick Up Stick.
Lafferty factory sets the flow of each valve, so choose bottle fill, low flow or high flow for each one when you order. Supplied with a stainless steel mounting bracket, 3 polypropylene injectors, 3 ball valves, 3 vacuum breakers, a water gauge, EPDM check valves (a Viton check valve is available), 20 colour coded metering tips, 3 suction tubes of 1.8 m with strainers, and 3 discharge tubes (1.4 m for low and high flow, 0.3 m for bottle fill).
