The Lafferty Model 255 is a hand held airless foamer with a polypropylene trigger gun that connects to a standard water hose and projects thick, clinging foam, with no compressor needed. The split system draws concentrate from a separate container through the venturi injector, so you can change chemicals without emptying the unit.

What it is for
Portable foaming for car, truck and fleet washing, sanitising and general washdown. Foam holds the chemical on the surface for longer and shows you where you have covered.

How to use it
Screw the jug lid onto your chemical container and let the 3 m suction tube reach it. Fit the metering tip for the dilution you need, from the 20 colour coded tips supplied, then connect the gun to the hose. It works from 1.4 bar (20 PSI) up to 8.6 bar (100 PSI) and uses about 4.7 litres of water a minute at 2.7 bar.
The trigger gun has a two way safety lock: lock it off so it cannot fire by accident, or lock it on to save your hand on long jobs. Rinse the foamer and suction tube with clean water after each job so the metering tip does not block.

Common questions
Fixed gun or quick connect gun?
The fixed gun version has a trigger gun with a safety and on lock, for long foaming runs. The quick connect version unclips the foam assembly so you can rinse with the same gun.
What water pressure does it need?
From 1.4 bar (20 PSI) up to 8.6 bar (100 PSI). Mains pressure is enough.
