The Lafferty A-50 is a wall mounted airless foamer that projects wet, clinging foam using water pressure alone, with no compressed air. A venturi draws and dilutes chemical from any container, and the airless foam wand draws in air from the room to make the foam and throw it up to 2.4 m.

What it is for
Sanitising and washdown in food processing, commercial kitchens and wash bays, and foam cleaning medium to large areas. Foam holds the chemical on vertical surfaces for longer and shows where you have covered.

How it works
It needs water at 2.4 to 8.6 bar (35 to 125 PSI) and uses about 8.7 litres a minute at 2.8 bar. Set the dilution with one of the 20 colour coded metering tips. How far it throws depends on your water pressure.
Keep it running
A stainless steel bracket and stainless steel inlet and discharge ball valves carry the machined polypropylene injector, with a 15.2 m foam hose and a polypropylene airless foam wand. Choose the version with the hose (970550) or the no hose version (970550-NH) if you already have a hose or hose reel; ask us what the no hose version includes. Common questions
Does it need compressed air?
No. The airless foam wand draws in air from the room, so water pressure is all it needs.
Airless or air assisted?
