The Klager Foamya Clean 1.2L is a hand-pumped foam sprayer with EPDM seals that turns general cleaning chemistry into thick, clinging foam, so the chemical holds on vertical surfaces and keeps working instead of running to the floor. You pump it by hand, so there is no air line and no power lead.
Foamya Clean sits in Klager's Foam Line and replaces the retired Washfoam 1.2 pump-up foam sprayer. Clean is the general cleaning build. EPDM handles alkaline degreasers, caustics, chlorine bleach, quat sanitisers and ketones such as acetone and MEK. What EPDM does not handle is petroleum solvents. Those, and acids, need VITON (FKM), so for descalers, acid washes and concrete removers order the Foamya Acid version instead. Confirm concentration and temperature against the SDS before you settle on a seal. Send us that SDS and we can put it to Klager's Chemical Application Center for a resistance recommendation. The testing is Klager's, run by their own applications engineers and chemists in Germany, and NORA PRO can submit to it as the exclusive Australia and New Zealand distributor.

Klager has built refillable, repairable pressure sprayers since 1949 and makes every component available as an original spare part. Klager's own position is that a broken pressure sprayer does not need throwing out, it can be repaired. NORA PRO stocks the genuine EPDM seal kits and pump parts, so a foamer that weeps or drops pressure gets rebuilt rather than binned. Klager also manufactures under the DIN 14001 environmental management standard and has run its German factory on 100 percent renewable electricity since January 2021. Those credentials belong to the German factory, not to NORA PRO.
At service time, decant leftover chemical back into its original container, rinse the bottle, and grease the pump piston O-ring with silicone oil only. Petroleum-based lubricants attack EPDM. Keep the unit out of heat, cold and direct sunlight.
