The genuine Klager VITON seal kit rebuilds a Klager acid or solvent resistant pressure sprayer: six O-rings and one gasket in VITON (FKM). VITON handles acids, descalers and petroleum based solvents that break down standard seals, so a sprayer that leaks or drops pressure gets new seals instead of going in the bin.

What it fits

The Klager sprayers with VITON seals that we stock: the 1.0L Solvent Resistant, 1.5L Solvent Resistant, 1.2L Acid Resistant and 1.5L Acid Resistant. The 1.0L Superior takes its own FKM-80 seal kit, and the alkaline sprayer takes the EPDM seal kit. Tell us your model when you request a quote and we will confirm the kit.

When to replace the seals

Rebuild the sprayer with a fresh kit at the first leak or pressure drop. Seals that have swollen point to a chemical they are not rated for, so check it in the Chemical Compatibility Guide before you refill. Grease the pump piston O-ring when you fit the kit, as set out in our Refill and Repair Guide.
