The Lafferty Super HV Foamer is a very high volume, wall mounted foamer, built for very big areas such as processing halls, cool rooms with high ceilings, aircraft hangars and bulk truck washes. It uses mains water pressure and compressed air to make a very large volume of clinging foam.

Product information

The open flow foam wand throws foam up to 13.7 m, so walls and ceilings can be covered from the floor without ladders or lifts. The foam shows exactly where chemical has gone, which helps stop over application. Chemical strength is set with a metering tip, as strong as about 10 to 1 with no tip, and the air regulator adjusts the foam from wet to dry.

Supplied with a stainless steel back plate, foamer body, stainless steel water and air inlet ball valves, water and air gauges, air regulator, metering tip holder and 20 colour coded tips, a 3 m suction tube with strainer, a 15.2 m discharge hose of 3.8 cm (1 1/2 inch) bore and the Super HV open flow wand. There is no shut off at the wand, so foam is started and stopped with the ball valves on the unit. It needs a 1.9 cm (3/4 inch) water supply and up to 340 L/min of compressed air.
