1-Way FPV-PD Concrete Foamer, Wall Mount

The Lafferty 1-Way FPV-PD Concrete Foamer is a wall mounted acid foamer for strong, corrosive products such as concrete removers and aluminium brighteners. It runs on compressed air alone, with no water connection or power point needed. A Flojet 0.64 cm (1/4 inch) air operated double diaphragm pump with VITON diaphragms draws ready to use acid solution from a tank or drum, and compressed air is then injected to turn it into a rich, clinging foam.

Product information
Foam stays on the surface longer, so the acid gets more contact time, and you can see where you have been, which cuts over application and run off. A needle valve sets the foam from wet to dry, and Lafferty notes a medium wet foam cleans best. All wetted parts are corrosion resistant. Check your chemical is compatible with VITON, and fit an air filter or dryer on the air supply as Lafferty recommends.
Supplied in a chemical resistant plastic enclosure with an air inlet ball valve, air regulator and filter with gauge, the Flojet pump, a machined polypropylene pump fed foamer body, a 3 m suction tube with strainer, a 15.2 m discharge hose with PVC ball valve, a polypropylene extended wand and a fan nozzle. The solution must be diluted before use. A large stainless steel hose rack and drum and tote pick up sticks are available.
