The Flojet air driven wall mount sprayer (enclosed box model) runs off compressed air and pulls ready to use solution straight from the container through a 15 m braided hose, with a steady output and spray pattern for continuous work on site. The pump, regulator and fittings sit inside the wall mounted box, built around a Flojet G57 double diaphragm pump made for acids and other aggressive liquids.

Fitting and setup
Fix the box to the wall with the supplied Dyna Bolts, using drilling marks 35 cm wide by 45 cm high. The air regulator is preset at 4 bar (60 psi), the level we recommend for acid application, and you can adjust it up or down. When you first start, or after the unit has stood unused, it can take a couple of minutes for liquid to reach the nozzle.
Pump
Flojet G57 (G573205) double diaphragm pump with a polypropylene body, Viton elastomers and Hastelloy springs. Self priming, with suction lift up to 4.5 m depending on the viscosity of the liquid, and it passes solids up to about 3 mm. Needs a compressed air supply. Confirm your chemical against the pump materials before ordering.
