The Lafferty 1-Way Acid LC Foamer is a wall mounted, acid resistant foamer that applies strong acid cleaners as a thick, clinging foam, at concentrations up to 3.5 to 1. One way means foam only, with no rinse position on the unit.

What it is for
Concrete and cement removal, aluminium brightening, acid descaling and acid washdown in wash bays, plant rooms and processing areas. The fan nozzle throws up to 3.7 m, so a wall or a trailer side gets coated from where you stand.
Concentration and temperature both change what the wetted parts will tolerate, so confirm your product against the SDS and we will match the metering tip and injector to the job.
How it works
It runs on mains water pressure from 2.8 to 8.6 bar (40 to 125 PSI), drawing chemical through a machined polypropylene venturi injector at the ratio set by the colour coded metering tips, then blending in compressed air to build the foam. An air regulator, concealed to discourage tampering, takes the foam from wet to dry so it holds on a vertical surface long enough to work.

Polypropylene mounting bracket and cover, PVC inlet and discharge ball valves, the machined polypropylene injector body, 20 colour coded metering tips, a 12 m discharge hose, a polypropylene wand and a fan nozzle. Common questions
Can it rinse?
No. The 1-Way is foam only. Rinse with your normal hose or washer.
How strong can it run?
Up to 3.5 parts water to 1 part acid. Weaker ratios are set with the metering tips.
