1-Way Acid LC Foamer

The Lafferty 1-Way Acid LC Foamer is a wall-mounted, acid-resistant foamer that applies acidic cleaners and descalers as a thick, clinging foam. One-way means foam only, with no rinse position on the unit. It runs on mains water pressure from 40 to 125 PSI (2.8 to 8.6 bar), drawing chemical through a machined polypropylene venturi injector at the ratio set by the supplied colour-coded metering tips, then blending in compressed air to build the foam.

Dilution is set at the metering tip, with ratios up to 3.5 to 1, so the acid goes on at the strength the job actually needs. An adjustable air regulator takes the foam from wet to dry so it holds on a vertical surface long enough to work. The fan nozzle throws about 3.6 m, which means a wall or a trailer side gets coated from where you stand.

Acid duty is a seal question as much as a pressure question. VITON (FKM) is the elastomer we specify for hydrochloric, phosphoric and sulphuric descalers, and both concentration and temperature change what the wetted parts will tolerate, so confirm your product against the SDS.
