The Volkanex 12L Air Driven Sealer Sprayer is a 12 litre stainless steel tank sprayer, pressurised from a compressed air line, built to lay sealer on concrete, tiles or stone in a uniform pattern with no droplets. It has NBR and VITON seals, a heavy duty brass trigger and lance, a special flat fan nozzle with a built in drip stopper, and works at up to 130 PSI.

What it is for
Concrete, tile and stone sealers, form oil on formwork, and also car and truck wash, carpet and upholstery, degreasers, tyre shine and welding anti spatter.
It is not suitable for acid, alkaline or acetone based products. Send us the SDS if you are unsure.
How to use it
Release any pressure, open the lid and fill the 12 litre stainless steel tank. Close it and connect the air line to the air inlet, keeping the pressure at or below 130 PSI; the safety relief valve vents any excess. The flat fan nozzle lays an even band, and the built in drip stopper stops sealer dribbling onto the finished surface.
After the job, release the pressure, decant leftover sealer and flush the tank, hose and nozzle with the cleaner the sealer maker recommends before it cures. Store it depressurised.
