The Gloria CLEAN 500 is a 5 litre pump up poly sprayer with EPDM seals, a plastic lance with extension and a plastic flat jet nozzle, made for cleaning. It holds 5.0 L in a 7.0 L tank, works at up to 3 bar (44 PSI) and comes with a 180 cm hose.

Application fields
What it is for
Alkaline cleaners and degreasers, mainly in the cleaning industry, plus graffiti removal, fibreglass work and car painting agents. It suits most alkaline based liquids, such as caustic soda, chlorine and bleach up to 12.5%, glycol type brake fluid, methanol, ethanol, glycol, butyl alcohol and acetone.
It is not for oils or petroleum solvents. For oils use the Gloria PRO 500. Look your chemical up in the Chemical Compatibility Guide if you are unsure.
How to use it
Release any pressure, unscrew the pump and fill to no more than the 5.0 L mark. Refit the pump and pump until you reach 3 bar. The safety relief valve vents any excess pressure. Gloria rates the best spray pressure at 1.5 to 3.0 bar, and the extension lance helps on walls, floors and vehicles.
After the job, release the pressure, decant leftover cleaner, rinse the tank with clean water and spray some through so the hose, lance and nozzle come clean. Store it depressurised. Wear the gloves and eye protection the SDS calls for.

Common questions
Can I use it for oils or solvents?
No. The EPDM seals are not for oils or petroleum solvents. Use the Gloria PRO 500 for those.
Can I use it for acids?
No. For acid washing brick, tile and concrete use the PRO 500 JET acid resistant.
What if it stops holding pressure?
Usually a seal has worn. Send us a photo of the label and we will supply the right genuine Gloria part.
