The PRO 500 Spiral Hose is the Gloria PRO 500 5 litre poly sprayer fitted by NORA PRO with a nylon spiral hose that stretches to about 4 m. It has VITON (FKM) seals and a brass lance, holds 5.0 L in a 7.0 L tank and works at up to 3 bar (44 PSI).

Application fields
The photo shows the NORA PRO modification on an earlier Gloria model. The sprayer we supply is built on the current Gloria PRO 500.
What it is for
The same jobs as the standard PRO 500, such as formwork oil, general cleaning chemicals, window tinting and most solvent based liquids, when you need more reach without moving the tank. The spiral hose pulls back in, so it does not drag or tangle.
It suits most solvent based liquids, such as diesel, kerosene, turpentine, xylene, n-hexane, degreasers and tyre shine. It is not suitable for acids, alkaline products or acetone based products. Look your chemical up in the Chemical Compatibility Guide if you are unsure.
How to use it
Release any pressure, unscrew the pump and fill to no more than the 5.0 L mark. Refit the pump and pump until you reach 3 bar. It takes the same lance and nozzle options as the standard PRO 500.
After the job, release the pressure, decant leftover chemical, rinse the tank with clean water and spray some through so the hose and lance come clean. Store it depressurised.

Genuine Gloria spares for the PRO 500 range include the pump with FKM seals (P2 729326.1111), the FKM safety relief valve (P2 729309.1111) and the coupling nut with bend protection (P2 729385.1111). Send us the model or a photo of the label and we will confirm the right part.

It stretches to about 4 m and pulls back in, so you can reach further without carrying the tank, and the hose stays off the ground.
PRO 500 Spiral or PRO 8 Spiral?
Same seals and pressure. The PRO 500 holds 5.0 L, the PRO 8 holds 8.0 L.
