The Lafferty Liberty LF is a portable, low volume foamer on an all stainless steel four wheel cart with a 76 L (20 US gallon) chemical tank. It needs no water connection, so it suits sites and rooms without a plumbed foaming point, such as food and beverage plants, agriculture, animal health and pharmaceutical areas.

Product information
It runs on compressed air only. A Flojet air operated double diaphragm pump draws ready to use solution from the tank, and the foamer body holds the pump at the low end of its range so it is not worked flat out. Compressed air is then injected to make a rich, clinging foam, thrown up to 2.7 m by the fan nozzle. Lafferty rates it at up to 46.5 m² in 4.5 minutes and about 33 minutes of foaming per full tank. Fill the tank with pre mixed solution, or use a Lafferty mixing station to fill it at the right ratio.
Supplied with the stainless steel cart, non marking tyres and stainless steel swivel castors, a wide mouth polyethylene tank, a lockable stainless steel pump enclosure, an air inlet ball valve and regulator with filter, the Flojet 0.64 cm (1/4 inch) pump with Santoprene diaphragms, a polypropylene foamer body, a 12.2 m discharge hose with a stainless steel ball valve, a polypropylene foam wand and a fan nozzle. VITON and Kalrez seal upgrades are available. Do not use d-Limonene with the standard Santoprene diaphragms. Lafferty offers five colour coded tank options.
