The Lafferty HVHC Foamer is a wall mounted, high volume foamer built for strong dilution ratios. HVHC stands for high volume, high concentrate. With no metering tip fitted it draws chemical as strong as 2.8 to 1, and the colour coded tips take it leaner when the job allows. It runs on mains water pressure plus compressed air: the venturi blends the chemical into the water, then air is injected to turn it into a large volume of rich, clinging foam.

Product information
Lafferty builds it for the toughest cleaning jobs and for foam cleaning large areas and equipment, such as truck and fleet wash bays, food plants and processing floors. For standard dilution ratios, Lafferty makes the HV foamer. Water and air pressure gauges on the unit take the guesswork out of set up and help with troubleshooting, and foam consistency can be adjusted from wet to dry. The fan nozzle throws foam up to 4.6 m and the zero degree nozzle up to 7.6 m.
Choose the version with the 15.2 m discharge hose (916115-G) or the no hose version (916115-NHG); ask us what the no hose version includes. Set the dilution from your chemical's label or with your chemical supplier. The check valves are stainless steel with Viton seals, and optional drum and tote pick up sticks come with Viton or EPDM seals, so send us your chemical's SDS when you request a quote. A backflow preventer is not included: Lafferty warns that one is needed on the water inlet.
