A wall mount HV foamer is a fixed foaming station that runs on your incoming water supply and a compressed air line, injecting air into the diluted chemical to lay down a high volume of thick, clinging foam over large areas. Water passes through a venturi that draws and dilutes chemical at the ratio set by a colour-coded metering tip, then compressed air is injected to build the foam. This is the gauge version. Water and air pressure both read on the unit, so foam consistency is set off the dial rather than by feel, and the same mix can be repeated shift after shift by whoever is on the hose.
It earns its place where foaming section by section with a handheld unit takes too long: open plant, processing rooms and wash bays. NORA PRO supplies the Lafferty HV range from Brisbane. This is part number 07 916105-G, supplied with discharge hose, a stainless steel discharge ball valve and a polypropylene foam wand. A no-hose version, 07 916105-NH, is available if you are plumbing into an existing reel, and replacement ball valves are stocked. Wetted components are built for chemical service. Concentrations and temperatures still vary, so confirm your chemical against its SDS and send the product details through to us, and we will check dilution and materials before you order.
