The 510 TK Concrete Sealer is the Gloria 510 TK 10 litre stainless steel pressure sprayer, set up by NORA PRO for concrete sealers, curing compounds and anti graffiti coatings: VITON (FKM) seals, a fan jet 8004 or 9505 nozzle with drip stopper, a pressure gauge and a Nitto type air intake. It holds 10.0 L in a 13.7 L tank and works at up to 6 bar (85 PSI), for big slabs with fewer refills.

Application fields

Nitto type air intake fitted. NORA PRO supplies this sprayer with a Nitto type air intake, so it clicks straight onto a workshop air line with a Nitto type coupler and charges in seconds instead of hand pumping.

What it is for

Water and solvent based concrete, tile and stone sealers, curing compounds and anti graffiti coatings over large driveways, car parks, pool surrounds and commercial floors. The steady pressure from the gauge and air line connection keeps the coat even from start to finish.

It is not for acids, alkalis or acetone based products. Check section 3 of the sealer's SDS, or look it up in the Chemical Compatibility Guide, and ask us if you are unsure.

How to use it

Release any pressure, open the filler and fill to no more than the 10.0L mark. Close it, then pump by hand or connect an air line to the Nitto type air intake, and watch the gauge: never go past 6 bar. Keep the pressure steady and the lance at the same height for an even coat. The drip stopper on the nozzle stops sealer dribbling onto a finished surface.

After the job, release the pressure with the relief valve, decant leftover sealer back into its container and flush the tank, hose, lance and nozzle with the cleaner the sealer maker recommends before it cures. Store it depressurised.

Keep it running

The piston plate kit, relief valve, base ring, filling funnel, Nitto type air connector and hose are stocked as genuine Gloria spares, and a trolley for the 510 TK lets you wheel a full tank across a slab. Drip stopper sets, extension lances and the adjustable cone nozzle are stocked too.
