The Drum Mount HV Foamer is a high volume, air-powered foamer that mounts straight to a 205L drum and draws chemical from the drum itself, so there is no decanting and no pre-mixing. Connect water and a compressed air line. A venturi injector meters the concentrate through a colour-coded tip, and the unit lays clinging foam over a large area, wet or dry depending on how you set it. On a big washdown that is the whole point of foam: the chemical stays on the surface instead of running off it.
Wetted materials suit a broad range of cleaning and sanitising chemicals. Acids and strong solvents are a separate question, and Lafferty builds a dedicated acid foamer for that duty, so tell us the product you run and we will confirm concentration and temperature against the SDS when you request a quote.
