The Lafferty Drum Mount HV Foamer is a high volume, air assisted foamer that straps straight to a 205 L drum or a tote and draws chemical from it, so there is no decanting and no premixing. Connect water at 2.4 to 8.6 bar (35 to 125 PSI) and a compressed air line, and it lays clinging foam over a large area, wet or dry depending on how you set it.

What it is for
Drum fed high volume foaming in food plants, washdown bays and truck and fleet wash. On a big washdown that is the whole point of foam: the chemical stays on the surface instead of running off it, and you can see where you have been.
Wetted materials suit a broad range of cleaning and sanitising chemicals. Acids and strong solvents are a separate question, and Lafferty builds a dedicated acid foamer for that duty, so tell us the product you run and we will confirm concentration and temperature against the SDS when you request a quote.
How it works
A venturi injector meters the concentrate through a colour coded tip, then compressed air is injected to build the foam. The fan nozzle throws foam up to 4.6 m for fast coverage, and the zero degree nozzle reaches further. Foam consistency adjusts from wet to dry.

Stainless steel mounting bracket with a polypropylene strap, an integrated stainless steel hose rack, the machined polypropylene foamer body, 20 colour coded metering tips, 15 m discharge hose with a stainless steel ball valve, and a polypropylene foam wand with fan and zero degree nozzles. Tell us your measured site water pressure and compressor output and we will confirm the unit suits.

Yes. It runs on water pressure plus a compressed air line. The air is what gives it the high foam volume.
