The Lafferty 1-Way APV-PD Concrete Sprayer is a wall mounted acid sprayer for strong, corrosive products such as concrete removers and aluminium brighteners. It runs on compressed air alone, with no water connection or power point needed. A Flojet 0.64 cm (1/4 inch) air operated double diaphragm pump with VITON diaphragms draws ready to use acid solution from a tank or drum and sprays it through the hose, wand and fan nozzle.

Product information
The flow is set to give the right amount of spray, which avoids run off and overspray and saves the pump from running flat out all day. The fan nozzle covers ground quickly and a nozzle protector guards the tip. All wetted parts are corrosion resistant. Check your chemical is compatible with VITON, and fit an air filter or dryer on the air supply as Lafferty recommends.
Supplied in a chemical resistant plastic enclosure with an air inlet ball valve, air regulator and filter with gauge, the Flojet pump, a 3 m suction tube with strainer, a 15.2 m discharge hose with PVC ball valve, a polypropylene extended wand, a fan nozzle and a nozzle protector.
