The Volkanex 12L Air Driven Atomising Sprayer is a 12 litre stainless steel tank sprayer, pressurised from a compressed air line, with an RL16 spray gun, a heavy duty brass lance and a special flat fan nozzle. It has NBR and VITON seals, a safety relief valve and works at up to 130 PSI.

What it is for

Wherever a reliable industrial grade sprayer is needed for a non corrosive product, such as degreasers and car and truck wash agents.

How to use it

Release any pressure, open the lid and fill the tank. Close it and connect the air line, keeping the pressure at or below 130 PSI; the safety relief valve vents any excess. The 2.0 m super flex hose and RL16 gun make it easy to work around a vehicle.

After the job, release the pressure, rinse the tank with clean water and spray some through the gun so the hose and nozzle come clean. Store it depressurised.
