Klager acid and solvent sprayers both have VITON seals but are different builds, so wheel acid plus tyre shine means two bottles. For tyre shine on a run of vehicles, water or solvent based, the Gloria 505TK Car and Truck Wash suits it. Our tyre shine applicator guide covers sizes and nozzles. If a brake cleaner contains acetone, use the Klager Master Solve+, because acetone attacks VITON. Acid wheel cleaners that contain hydrofluoric acid: ask us. Foam sprayer, pressure bottle or tank?
- Foam sprayer: the Klager Foamya Clean holds 1,250 mL and is hand pumped to 4 bar, with no air line. Its EPDM seals suit alkaline degreasers and traffic film removers. For acid foam cleaners, ask us about the Foamya Acid version. For snow foam off a hose, NORA PRO supplies the genuine Lafferty Model 251 foam gun, which needs no compressor.
- Pressure spray bottle: around 30 strokes gives a steady spray, and the relief valve stops it being over pumped. The 1.5L Klager bottles work at up to 4 bar for longer runs.
- Trigger heads for your own bottles: Canyon trigger sprayers, including a foaming trigger and the Super Black chemical resistant trigger, sold by the box of 350.
- Stainless tank: the 505TK holds 5.0L, runs off the workshop air line up to 6 bar, and lays water based tyre shine and wash chemicals evenly through an RL16 gun and a 4001 stainless flat fan on a spiral hose that stretches to 4.0 m. It is not for acids, alkalis or acetone.
Workshop bottles and spares
Klager makes every part available as a genuine spare, so a bottle that weeps gets a VITON seal kit, not the bin. Add a colour coding cap so acid, solvent and alkaline bottles never get mixed up, and a 15, 30 or 50 cm extension lance to reach wheel wells and calipers. Which foam sprayer suits car detailing?

Can one sprayer handle wheel cleaner and tyre shine?
