The Gloria 510TK Car and Truck Wash is the 10 litre stainless steel pressure sprayer fitted with an RL16 spray gun, a 4001 stainless steel flat fan nozzle and a spiral hose that stretches to 4.0 m, for wash chemicals and water based tyre shine. It has VITON (FKM) seals, a pressure gauge and a Nitto type air intake, holds 10.0L in a 13.7L tank and works at up to 6 bar (85 PSI).

Application fields

Nitto type air intake fitted. NORA PRO supplies this sprayer with a Nitto type air intake, so it clicks straight onto a workshop air line with a Nitto type coupler and charges in seconds instead of hand pumping.

What it is for

Car, truck and fleet wash on bigger jobs: applying pre wash and wash chemicals, and laying water based tyre shine on evenly, with fewer refills. Connect it to the workshop air line to top up the pressure fast.

It suits water and solvent based tyre shine and wash chemicals, but not acids, alkalis or acetone based products. For acid wheel cleaners use the Gloria PRO 500 JET Acid Resistant, and for strong alkaline degreasers the Gloria CLEAN 500. Send us the SDS if you are unsure.

How to use it

Release any pressure, open the filler and fill to no more than the 10.0L mark. Close it, then pump by hand or connect an air line to the Nitto type air intake, and watch the gauge: never go past 6 bar. The safety relief valve vents automatically and can be opened by hand.

After the job, release the pressure, rinse the tank with clean water and spray some through the gun so the hose and nozzle come clean. The residual drain lets the last of the liquid out. Store it depressurised.

The RL16 spray gun, piston plate kit, relief valve, base ring, filling funnel and Nitto type air connector are stocked as spares, and a trolley for the 510TK lets you wheel it along a line of trucks.
