The Gloria 510TK Anti Damp Injector is the 10 litre stainless steel pressure sprayer fitted with three brass injector lances (25, 35 and 45 cm), a 2.5 m hose and a brass trigger, for injecting damp proofing treatments on bigger jobs. It has VITON (FKM) seals, a pressure gauge, an automatic and manual relief valve, and pressurises by hand or from an air line. It holds 10.0L in a 13.0L tank and works at up to 6 bar (85 PSI).

Application fields
What it is for
Damp proofing work where the treatment is injected rather than sprayed, along long runs of wall with fewer refills. Pick the injector length to suit the wall, and use the gauge to hold the same pressure from hole to hole.
Damp proofing products differ. Send us the product's SDS and we will confirm the VITON seals suit it before you fill, and always follow the product label.
How to use it
Release any pressure, open the filler and fill to no more than the 10.0L mark. Close it, then pump by hand or connect an air line to the compressor connection, and watch the gauge: never go past 6 bar. The safety relief valve vents automatically and can be opened by hand.
After the job, release the pressure, decant leftover product back into its container, rinse the tank with clean water and pump some through the injector so the line comes clean. Store it depressurised.

The piston plate kit, relief valve, base ring, filling funnel and air connector are stocked as genuine Gloria spares, and a trolley for the 510TK lets you wheel it along the wall. Which injector lance should I use?
It comes with 25, 35 and 45 cm brass injectors. Use the one that reaches the depth the damp proofing product's instructions call for.
505TK or 510TK?
Same injectors and features. The 510TK holds 10.0L for long runs; the 505TK holds 5.0L and is lighter to carry.
